The RNE Regularization program requires that You have visited Mexico and been granted a Tourist Card FMM for 180 days between 2015 and 2023.

Program Requirements
Proof of Prior Visit

To be eligible, you must prove that you visited Mexico before December 31, 2022, and got a 180-day tourist card. You can use travel records, passport stamps, or other documents as proof.

The total cost for the regularization program in 2025 is around $1,000. This does not include any legal or professional fees.
