Permanent Residency Process

Permanent  Residency through income process must start in a Mexican Consulate or Embassy, prior entering Mexico.

Through Mexican spouse or child  can begin in Mexico.

Through Retirement or Pension Income

Applicants  can apply for Permanent Residency if they can proof  they are retirees  or pensioners and their monthly income is  $44,180.00, Mexico currency for (6) consecutive months  prior applying.  OR  Investments of $1,767,200.00, for  (12)  consecutive months prior applying.



Through Mexican Spouse or Permanent Resident Card holder

Applicants  can apply for Permanent Residency if they can prove they are marry to a Mexican national or Permanent Resident Card Holder.  Under this category the spouse  will be granted a temporary residency for 2 years,  then  apply permanent residency.

Through Mexican born children

Applicants with Mexican born children regarding their age can apply for permanent residency. This process can be done at Mexico INM direct, or  at a Mexican Consulate or Embassy.
