Four-Year Mexico Residency Through Regularization Program (RNE)
Introduction
The INM Mexico Immigration office has extended its Regularization program through 2024. This program lets you get a four-year residency in Mexico without needing to show your income.
What is the Mexico Regularization Program?
Easy Application Process
You can apply directly at the INM Immigration office in Mexico, avoiding the hassle and unpredictable requirements of visiting the Mexican Consulate.
Benefits of the Program
Longer Residency
One major advantage of this program is that it grants a four-year residency, much longer than the typical one-year residency from the consulate. This gives you more stability and security for your future in Mexico.
Program Requirements
Proof of Prior Visit
To be eligible, you must prove that you visited Mexico before December 31, 2022, and got a 180-day tourist card. You can use travel records, passport stamps, or other documents as proof.
Cost of the Program
Total Fees
The total cost for the regularization program in 2024 is around $1,000. This does not include any legal or professional fees.
How to Know if You Qualify?
Prequalification Process
I, Jorge Gonzalez, will help prequalify you for the program. Once you meet the criteria, we can move forward with your application. This process will help ensure you’re eligible.

Updating Your Address After Establishing Residency
Should you choose my assistance in Tijuana or Rosarito, it is essential to update your address at the nearest INM Immigration office once you rent or purchase your home in Mexico. I will guide you through this process and prepare the necessary documents, ensuring a smooth and stress-free move.
What Happens After Four Years?
